At FD&Dance, all products offered through our platform are delivered exclusively in digital format. This includes, but is not limited to, online video lessons, structured dance training programs, downloadable guides, choreography breakdowns, music resources, and supplementary learning materials. Because access to these materials is granted immediately after purchase, our products are considered digitally delivered educational content and are therefore governed by digital goods policies rather than physical product return standards.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer traditional returns, exchanges, or cancellations once access to a program has been provided. Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be physically returned, and once a customer has gained access to the materials, the product is considered consumed and non-recoverable. For this reason, all sales are final once delivery has occurred.
We make every effort to provide clear, detailed descriptions of each program, including the training focus, style, level, duration, format, and expected outcomes. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all program information before completing a purchase to ensure the selected course matches their goals, experience level, physical ability, available time, and personal expectations.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to: a change of mind after purchase; lack of time to complete the program; loss of interest; personal preference regarding music, teaching style, or choreography style; misunderstanding of the dance style; expectations of faster results; difficulty of the material relative to personal skill level; failure to read the course description; accidental purchase of the wrong program; inability to use the materials due to personal schedule constraints; or dissatisfaction related to subjective experience rather than product malfunction.
Additionally, we cannot provide refunds if the customer has already accessed, streamed, downloaded, or viewed any part of the course materials, as this constitutes delivery and use of the digital product.
However, we are committed to fairness in situations involving genuine technical or billing errors. Refunds or purchase corrections may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
If a duplicate payment was made for the same program due to a system error, accidental double transaction, or payment gateway malfunction. In such cases, proof of duplicate charges must be provided, and the unused duplicate purchase will be refunded.
If a technical issue on our platform prevents access to the purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. This applies only when the problem originates from our system and not from the customer’s device, internet connection, browser compatibility, storage limitations, or software configuration.
If a purchase was made fraudulently using a stolen payment method and verified through the appropriate financial institution or payment processor investigation.
If an incorrect product was delivered due to a system error on our side and the correct program cannot be provided.
Requests for review under these exceptional conditions must be submitted promptly after purchase, along with transaction details and a clear explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to investigate all refund requests and determine eligibility based on evidence and system records.
FD&Dance programs are educational in nature and require personal participation, physical practice, and consistency. Results vary depending on the individual’s effort, physical condition, coordination, and training frequency. Refunds will not be granted based on perceived lack of progress, physical difficulty, or personal performance expectations.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they are buying digital educational services and understand that access to the content makes the order non-refundable except under the limited technical or billing circumstances described above. Customers also acknowledge responsibility for ensuring their device, internet connection, and playback capabilities are compatible with standard digital video formats prior to purchase.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality, clearly structured digital dance education. We are always happy to answer questions before purchase and help customers choose the most suitable program, reducing the likelihood of mismatch or misunderstanding.
