I created this course for those who freeze when there’s no choreography. Here, we train your ability to hear music and move freely.
I give you exercises for musicality, rhythm response, tempo changes, and improvisation. We practice building short movement phrases and connecting them naturally without panic or stiffness.
Over time, your body begins to react to music automatically, and dancing becomes free and enjoyable rather than stressful.
