This is the technical foundation I recommend to every student. Clean dancing is impossible without body control.

We carefully train chest, hip, shoulder, and arm isolations. I show movements in close-up and slow motion so you fully understand the mechanics.

Then we combine isolations into sequences so you can apply control directly in dancing.
