If you think, “I have no sense of rhythm” or “I’m too rigid,” that’s exactly the type of person I work with in this guide. I’ve designed the program so that the body gradually learns to move naturally. We don’t just repeat the movements—we learn to feel the beat, understand how the core “sways,” how the shoulders relax, and how the movements become alive, not mechanical.
I begin with a gentle warm-up that prepares the joints and incorporates rhythm. Then we go through basic hip-hop grooves in detail, learning to control the chest, shoulders, and core. I explain each move, demonstrating close-ups and in slow motion. After that, we connect the elements into sequences and gradually develop mini-choreography so you can see how everything comes together to form a real dance.
